About The Role:
This position will cover all aspects of running a successful store as well as being a brand ambassador for CUPP. Duties will include team leading, training and recruitment, upholding company standards and values, as well as other managerial and administrative duties. Along with becoming a solid member of the CUPP
Management team, to help our company grow and thrive. Having the ability to work in a fast paced environment while keeping customer service and product quality standards high is a must for this role.
Your Promise:

- Have GM or AGM experience. Have the ability to manage a team of people and create a great working environment (professional banter to the front!)
- Have previous hospitality experience showing proven ability to adhere to high company standards and health and safety practices.
- Feel confident in all administrative duties that apply to running a store. Including managing GP’s, sales and wage targets, stock levels, staff rotas and holiday requests.
- Be flexible to work full time hours, including weekdays and weekends.
