We specialise in Office Technology including Managed Print Services, Managed IT and Telephony, Stationery and office supplies. Job brief
This is a new exciting role to call Education and Public sector organisations across the UK with our wide range of products and services.
Existing telesales experience would be useful, however full training will be provided, which will enable you to achieve your set targets. You will be responsible for generating appointments for Field Sales to attend.
You will require ambition, self-motivation and the desire to succeed in what can be a mentally challenging role. If you are confident on the telephone, not phased by rejection and can think on your feet to overcome objections, then this is your opportunity to support the growth of our business and earn commission for your hard work and commitment.
As well as your basic salary, you'll be paid for every meeting you book, plus earn commission on all completed sales for the meetings you arrange. As with many sales roles, the harder you work the more you'll earn and the commission is uncapped.
Responsibilities
- Schedule meetings with prospects for our Field Sales Team
- Update key information on our CRM system
- Keep detailed records of calls and notes of useful information
- Contact potential customers to inform them about our products and services
- Answer questions about the products & Services we offer
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements
- Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
- Provide sales and service administrative support
- Attend customer meetings with the Relationship Managers
Requirements
- Positive, Confident and Personable are ideal personality traits for this role.
- Desirable would be experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role with a track record of successfully meeting sales quota.
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
This is a part time position in a growing company with development opportunities into Account Management roles for the successful candidate.
Salary and Commissions are negotiable and related to experience.
