Store Manager, McBrides Cabragh

McBride Retail is an Independent Food Retail Business operating 16 stores under the SPAR brand. We are continuing to invest in our portfolio and are in planning to refurbish our Cabragh Store to create a modern working environment with the latest technology.

We are now actively seeking a Store Manager to be part of this exciting store development.

What you’ll do:

• Ensure an exceptional level of Customer Service is delivered at all times.
• Lead and developing a team of highly motivated individuals to deliver targets and grow our business.
• Deliver business KPI's and demonstrate how these will be achieved.
• Maximise store profitability with a real passion for driving sales and delivering exceptional store standards.

What you'll need:

• Support structure from Head Office with guidance to help deliver the business KPI targets.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £32,000.00-£36,000.00 per year

Experience:

• Food Retail Management: 1 year (preferred)
