Bubbleology® is a leading Bubble Tea brand, crafting made-to-order tea-based beverages with delicious freshly cooked tapioca. We strive to make a better bubble tea, brewing our bases with organic jasmine & black tea, and offering a variety of milk alternatives and light versions of our drinks.
We are currently on the lookout for a dedicated, professional and experienced store manager for the Soho Bubbleology. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking to progress their career within a fast paced, and energetic environment. The right person would have a flare for all things customer service and hospitality and be passionate about leading and developing their Bubble Tea team. We are looking for warm, energetic and patient candidates with proven experience working in a similar setting.
What We Are Looking For:
- Strong leadership and management skills
- The ability to motivate and inspire your Bubble Team
- Passionate about food, drinks, and people
- Ability to drive sales and exceed KPIs for your Bubble Tea Store
- Good knowledge of Food Hygiene and Health and Safety Procedures
- Manage team schedule, recruitment and training
- Managing shop operations and reporting to Area Manager
- Great communication skills, and the ability to keep your Bubble team informed and motivated
- Promote potential Bubbleologists to give progression opportunities
- Following guidelines, Bubbleology’s standards and reinforcing our brand.
