The role
We are seeking a dynamic Store Manager to lead our retail team. Reporting to the Chairman, and as a member of the senior management team, you will be responsible for driving the overall success of our stores (Voisins Department Store and Voisins Home), ensuring exceptional customer service and improving productivity. All whilst maintaining high operational standards.
Your responsibilities
- Lead, inspire and coach a high-performing team with integrity and trust
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Oversee inventory management and visual merchandising
- Ensure compliance with company values, policies and procedures
- Build strong customer relationships to enhance the in-store experience and exceed our customers’ expectations
- Collaborate with our Marketing and Buying teams to ensure we are delivering an inclusive range of fashionable merchandise in a stimulating environment
Your experience
- Proven record of success in retail management
- A people focused and confident leader
- Ability to drive your team operationally and commercially to achieve sales
- A track record in meeting and exceeding KPIs
- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
- A passion to innovate, and to respond to change with agility
- Proficient in using programmes such as Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Strong verbal and written English language skills

Pay: £65,000.00-£70,000.00 per year
