About our exciting opportunity

The Network Acquisition Coordinator will be predominately working with wayleaves and use of third-party assets such as UK Power Network poles. Experience is not necessary as full training will be provided. The company offices are located close to Colchester in Essex, but we mostly work from home with the occasional office working day.

Your skills and experience

  • Collating, managing and reporting for issues and risks
  • Monitoring and reporting progress
  • Maintain efficient and effective processes and systems
  • Third-party management and liaison including sub-contractors, customers and stakeholders
  • Correspondence with land agents, property owners, solicitors and local authorities
  • Negotiation of wayleave agreements
  • Carry out relevant due diligence including land registry searches and adopted highway searches
  • Reviewing and signing off project corrective actions as part of project change control
  • Attention to detail, good communication skills and organisation.
