Location: London Stratford
Salary: £32,614.40 per annum + Unlimited Commission
Hours: 40hrs per week including bank holidays and weekends

What will you be doing?
You will be supporting the Store Manager in managing a team of fantastic Retail Advisers, making sure to do all you can to help them achieve their potential. You will be helping with back office tasks such as holidays and rotas. You will be setting the sales floor ablaze with your enthusiasm to lead by example.

Role accountabilities.
- Deputise for the Store Manager
- Support in making all operational decisions for the store
- Work alongside the Store Manager and take responsibility of the Store, Management decisions and team members
- Coaching developing and supporting the team
- Go-to for escalations
- Bring the customer experience into the fore front of every decision
- Accountable for ensuring the store acts within the guidelines of the FCA
- Adhere to company and regulatory policies and guideline at all times
- Partaking in Vodafone’s security vetting process whenever required
