Store Manager- Kitchenware

We are now looking for a Store Manager for our new kitchenware retailer Hepsy in Tottenham, London.
You will be managing high volume stocks and fast paced you will need to be someone who is highly experienced about serving customers.

Key responsibilities:

• Ensure the team members deliver a fantastic customer experience every day and across every interaction
• Drive sales to achieve targets set and then exceed them
• Manage stock levels and inventory movement & loss prevention
• Maintain visual merchandising standards to company guidelines
• Manage all areas of store administration, submitting reports consistently and on time to support personnel

About you:

• Ability to drive high levels of team engagement
• Enthusiastic, energetic and passionate about our team and customer experience, home cooking and the kitchen in general
• Strong inventory experience and managing large volumes of stock
• Proven commercial acumen and the ability to read and interpret P&L reports
• Organised with excellent time management skills
• Preferably Turkish speaking

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £34,000.00-£46,531.50 per year

Education:

• GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

• Retail sales: 8 years (required)
• Supervising experience: 6 years (required)
• Customer service: 6 years (required)
• Retail management: 6 years (required)
• Management: 6 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

• Driving Licence (preferred)
