How You Will Make a Difference
- Contribute to maximizing store sales by managing a well-organized stockroom and aefficiently operated flow of merchandise to the sales floor.
- Responsible for ensuring that the store’s inventory integrity is maintained through proper shipping and receiving procedures and by communicating concerns to the Store Manager.
- Motivate stock associates by providing direct coaching, feedback, training, and supervision in stockroom operations.
- Inspire a consumer centric mindset by modeling selling behaviors through genuine interactions with customers for the teams to emulate.
- Demonstrate clear communication, training, and coaching.
- Set expectations of stockroom directives, store policies and procedures.
- Ensure the store team has the knowledge and skills to meet stockroom goals and operations.
- Meet and exceed sales results and business goals.
- Foster an inclusive store environment and create great internal consumer experiences in all situations, leading by example.
Skills for Success
- 3+ years of related professional/retail management experience
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business; will require weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Ability to meet store goals by driving results through store teams
- Ability to strategically maintain organization in a fast-moving area of the store
- Proven ability to coach and motivate a team to excel,
- proven communication skills,
- Ability to be solution oriented, flexible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
