Stock Assistant Store Manager
As the Stock Assistant Store Manager, you will provide leadership and direction to the store team while successfully executing the company’s vision and values under the direction of the Store Manager. You will lead and supervise the day-to-day operations of the stockroom, including the processing of shipment within 24 hours, maintaining an organized stockroom and the flow of merchandise to the floor. As a member of the leadership team, you will assist in creating an inclusive environment, always putting our internal and external customers first. How You Will Make a Difference
What you will do
  • Contribute to maximizing store sales by managing a well-organized stockroom and aefficiently operated flow of merchandise to the sales floor.
  • Responsible for ensuring that the store’s inventory integrity is maintained through proper shipping and receiving procedures and by communicating concerns to the Store Manager.
  • Motivate stock associates by providing direct coaching, feedback, training, and supervision in stockroom operations.
  • Inspire a consumer centric mindset by modeling selling behaviors through genuine interactions with customers for the teams to emulate.
  • Demonstrate clear communication, training, and coaching.
  • Set expectations of stockroom directives, store policies and procedures.
  • Ensure the store team has the knowledge and skills to meet stockroom goals and operations.
  • Meet and exceed sales results and business goals.
  • Foster an inclusive store environment and create great internal consumer experiences in all situations, leading by example.

Skills for Success
What you bring:
  • 3+ years of related professional/retail management experience
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business; will require weekends, evenings, and holidays
  • Ability to meet store goals by driving results through store teams
  • Ability to strategically maintain organization in a fast-moving area of the store
  • Proven ability to coach and motivate a team to excel,
  • proven communication skills,
  • Ability to be solution oriented, flexible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
