Job description
We are looking for an experienced Retail Sales Associate to join our store team at our convenience store, Nisa Local. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting customers with product selection, and ensuring the store is kept clean and tidy. The ideal candidate will have a friendly and outgoing personality, a passion for sales, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys interacting with customers and helping them find the perfect product.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and ascertain what each customer wants or needs.
- Operate till accurately handling cash and credit cards.
- Excellence customer service with being vigilant at all times to help minimize shop thefts.
- Good communication skills and ability to participate as team member.
- Handle all deliveries and stock filling and stock rotation.
- General housekeeping and shop cleaning.
- Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices.
- Answer customers' questions, and provide information on procedures or products.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Zero hours contract
Part-time hours: 40 per week
Salary: £10.50-£11.50 per hour
