Our shops are the window to our charity, and are the first point of contact for many members of the public. Below are just some of the activities you will complete in your role with us:
  • Managing every aspect of your shop: This will include using innovative techniques to increase stock generation, pricing, reviewing suitability of incoming donations and anything else required to ensure the day to day operational success of the shop.

What you will bring:
Our best people are strongly aligned to our values, Courage, Compassion and Creativity. These are at the heart of everything we do. Ideally you will have had some experience working in the retail or charity sector to give you an initial understanding of the sector we operate in. However, if you have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, are target driven and can inspire a team we also want to hear from you. Please send us your CV and covering letter and we will be in touch.

Benefits
We can offer you above average holiday entitlement, a benefits platform to make your money go further and an organisation where you can thrive. The role is subject to a Basic DBS check.
