We are looking for a Store Manager to join our Starbucks team in Bracknell.

Store Managers help their store as if it belongs to them - from managing daily operations to taking responsibility for financial results. This is not a back-room management position but focusses on the front line connecting with customers and partners.

You will not only be joining the Starbucks family but the Soul Foods family. Soul Foods Group of Companies is a family-owned business, established in the UK but now with an established portfolio in Canada, comprising of three global brands, KFC, Starbucks, and Taco Bell, totalling over 350 Restaurants.

What will you do?

  • Grow the business like your own through managing ordering, inventory, and stock control for the store, increasing profitability through driving sales and profitability targets and ensuring rotas are in line with sales and budgeted hours.
  • Nurture your teams like our beans by working closely with them and providing leadership to drive the core values of the Starbucks mission and ensuring a world class customer experience is delivered daily as well as normal store tasks. Recruiting, welcoming, training, and developing partners to become our future leaders!
  • Serving and delivering perfect products, corporate merchandising campaigns, safe and legal day to day operations and store standards and exceptional customer service standards

What do you need?

  • Experience of leading and developing a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Drive, passion, and a natural energy to deliver a fabulous customer experience and consistent product every time as well as excellent cleanliness
  • Good oral/written communication skills and strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills with exceptional team building capability.
  • Proof of right to work in the UK on a full time, permanent basis
