Salary: From £26,000 per annum.

What we are looking for:
- A management background in retail/hospitality or other similar service industries.
- A passion for providing world-class customer service.
- Team development skills and proven coaching experience.
- Effective communication skills that allow you to lead and direct a team.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and think on your feet.
- Proven track record in back-office processes such as labour scheduling, recruitment and stock ordering, stock counts, maintaining and developing H&S and food safety procedures and records, and maintaining training files to company standards.
- An ability to work towards budgets and able to achieve outstanding results through the team.
