Scotvapes Highland Ltd are recruiting for a highly motivated, experienced individual to manage and drive forwards our Inverness store. We require a minimum of a years experience in a retail managerial capacity and a thorough, active knowledge of vaping.
Job Role:
- lead sales in store
- dealing with customer queries and complaints
- overseeing pricing and stock control
- maximising profitability including motivating staff to do so
- ensuring compliance with health and safety, and TPD legislation
- preparing promotional materials and displays
- liaising with Area manager
- Enforcing age verification policies and ensuring staff do so also
- Managing staff hours and holiday requests
- Dealing with banking and managing till floats

Experience:
- vaping: 2 years (required)
- Retail management: 1 year (required)
