Job description
Are you someone who likes to get stuck in? We’re looking for someone with previous experience of working in an engineering, manufacturing or warehouse environment to help us co-ordinate and carry out the day-to-day deliveries and collections, ensure goods received are receipted, support effective stock control and necessary checks are carried out alongside the practical tasks of moving boxes and picking/packing of the warehouse.
This is a busy role and we’re looking for someone who enjoys getting involved, is able to work independently and as part of a team with a real can-do, proactive attitude. You’ll be able to build strong working relationships, be service orientated and calm under pressure.
You’ll enjoy the practical elements of a warehouse role whilst also be able to support with some paperwork activity and processing and tracking orders on the computer.
You will ideally have experience working in a manufacturing or engineering environment but we’re open to experience from other industries.
The ability to drive a Forklift Truck would be fantastic, but no need to worry if you don’t have this, we can provide the training.
