Job description
We are looking for a passionate assistant store manager to join the team of a very creative beauty retailer for their store in Selfridges.
The role will be responsible for supporting the store manager leading the team in a fast paced environment, setting up store targets and driving sales through an excellent customer service. Product knowledge is key and the role will ensure that each and every staff member is fully trained on the product, in order to deliver an excellence customer experience. The role will also be responsible for supporting with operational and back of the house tasks, making sure that stock levels are correct and standards are maintained.

The salary offered for this role is up to £35,000 with a bonus structure in place plus a generous benefits package, including 50% store discount, life assurance and perks.
