Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Engagement
- Create an inclusive working environment with a customer-centric mindset
- Lead and inspire the team to deliver sales and profitability
- Develop your team product knowledges and selling culture drive a high-performance culture
Business Client Development
- Maximise the potential of all product categories through Brand storytelling by delivering the brand image proposition to commercially enhance the journey
- Become the voice of the store by understanding the local market and competitor activity
- Building and fostering strong, loyal relationships between clients and the brand
Operations
- Manage the store staffing hours, review effectiveness, make considered and measured recommendations to the regional management team that will optimise store coverage, productivity and profitability
- Recruit, train and onboard a winning team
- Analysis data, utilise reports and make conclusions to optimise performance and/or take corrective action in collaboration with senior management.
- Developing strategies to maximise sales opportunities whilst controlling cost and shrinkage through effective decision making
