Are you passionate about pets? Our family-run empire is growing, which means we're seeking an enthusiastic Store Manager with experience who's as happy to serve the local community as we are.
What we need from you
Your role at petplace will focus on the managing of the store. However you will spend your fair share of the time on the shop floor, working with the team. With your input, we'll provide a seamless and friendly service to our customers.
You'll also be on hand to support our Indoor dog park and Cafe.
We feel as though we're experts in our field, but we'll never patronise those who come to us for advice. So, we're seeking someone who's friendly, passionate about animals, and committed to helping owners find the best products for their pets.
In other words, if you're not as animal crazy as we are, you're not right for us.

As a Store Manager, you'll make our customers' experience pleasant from start to finish. From a warm welcome that sets an inviting tone, to friendly advice that guides them towards the right purchase, you'll play an essential role in delivering our services.
The position we're offering is a full time role, so you'll work for a minimum of 40 hours per week. Your working hours will be on a rota basis, working up to 7pm, including weekends and special events.
