Location: Glasgow G81
Hours: Full-Time / Permanent
Salary: Circa 27k plus bonus DOE
We are looking for a passionate Retail Store Manager who can lead, inspire and motivate your team to join our welcoming Petrol Forecourt! Our Retail Store Managers are the guiding light in our stores, keeping spirits up and encouraging staff development; you should be able to stay focussed on delivering and maintaining excellent standards whilst keeping an eye on your targets for the store.
Honesty, hard-work and leadership abilities are required to inspire your team to deliver great results and provide a consistently excellent customer experience. Through promotions and trends, you will aim to increase sales and profitability all the time keeping an eye on costs to always maintain the level of customer service we expect. This is a hands on role, supporting your team with stock takes, store cleanliness and serving our loyal customers.
