We are Nerf Action Xperience, Nerf’s UK Family Entertainment and world's only dedicated Nerf Retail store based in Trafford Palazzo attached to the Trafford Centre.

We are looking for a strong Duty Manager from a retail background. You will ideally be a competant floor manager or an assistant manager from a lower turnover store.
You will assist with the full day to day running of the retail store. You will support the General Manager with the commercial control of the retail store including: stock ordering; merchandising; commercial planning; stock management; sales; planograms; visual impact. You will lead by example and put customers/guests at the forefront to develop a driven, successful team in order to maximise sales.
You will allocate tasks to Retail Assistants in your store daily, develop their skills and keep them motivated and engaged. You will also need to manage till areas as required – making sure all customers have an excellent experience.
A retail background is essential for this role, having strong leadership and coaching skills, a commercial mindset and exposure to a fast paced environment is key. The role will not be without challenge but you will have the freedom, the autonomy and the support to really make this role your own.
Whilst retail will be your focus, as a Duty Manager, you will be in charge of the building during operating hours so would need to oversee all aspects of the DM role.

This is a full-time position, shifts are based on 40 hours per week. Monday to Sunday, including weekends and late evenings. Flexibility is vital for this role
