Position: Store Manager

Location: Rugby

Job Type: Permanent, Full time

Working days: 5 days over 7 (including weekends)

Salary – Guaranteed OTE £60-80k per annum (includes basic salary + bonus + guaranteed commission)

NCF Living is a growing furniture company, looking for a Store Manager for our Rugby store, who can help support the business by growing turnover and leading store teams to deliver excellence.

As a Store Manager, you will drive the sales team through effective leadership, to grow turnover, support with recruitment and achieve company targets. You will have the ability to adapt and learn new skills, to enable you to motivate your team and support the growth of the company.

Your role/responsibilities will include:

· Demonstrating commitment to the company by supporting the store team with leading, inspiring, motivating and developing them to achieve personal and team sales targets.

· Providing support to the Regional Manager.

· Striving to meet set KPIs to develop your personal performance and maintaining high store standards, ensuring NCF customers are provided with a positive, engaging shopping experience and a first-class customer experience by building rapport with them.

· You will be directly responsible for overseeing the effective day to day management of the store, including staff/rota planning, staff appraisals and general performance reviews.

Requirements:

  • Store management experience of 2+ years is a must
  • Experience of working within sales and retail/FMCG
  • Ability to manage people and have a clear dichotomy between yourself and subordinates
  • Effective communicator at all levels
  • Awareness of KPIs, expectations and deadlines
  • Strong admin and analytical skills
