Job description
- You are responsible for the Health and Safety of yourself and others
- Ensure environmental policies are adhered to in your area
- Ensure hygiene standards are met on your line
- Communicate effectively with Operatives and Team Leaders
- Develop productive working relationships
- Stock management control, including goods in delivery
- Allocate and monitor the progress and quality of work on your area
- Diagnose and rectify operating problems on your area
- Reporting equipment faults to your Team Leader
- Ensure your area is operating at its most efficient as per SOP’s and as to customer specification
- Ensure accurate reporting and recording of information for your area
- Ensure all quality procedures and policies are adhered to at all times during operations of your area
