MaXiDeals Store Manager
As a MaXiDeals Store Manager, you will be required to work on all store operation aspects. The ideal candidate should be an existing Assistant Manager or Store Manager.
You should ideally be a team collaborator and have both excellent communication and leadership skills. You should be able to encourage, motivate your store team as well as being able to efficiently collaborate with other key senior members of our company.
Our Store Manager is an integral member of Maxideals who will not only lead the store team but help drive through the sales. You will help ensure that our company brand is always promoted at the forefront through excellent customer service practice.
You should ideally bring with you a first-class retail background and have the confidence to lead and manage a retail store. This position requires someone who has the flare for excellent management skills and is now looking to further enhance and progress their career within our company.
You should have a personality that is bright and be will accustomed with the following skills:
- Leading your team to drive through KPI targets.
- You will be involved with key brand expansion of our company.
- Making good commercial decisions and working to the highest level of visual standards.
- You will be ‘number driven,’ confident in both your leadership and abilities when helping to influence others.
- Must possess both excellent time keeping skills and people management skills.
- knowledge of all aspects of store operation standards.
- Merchandising that all our products are priced correctly and positioned accurately on allocated bays.
- Checking and recording deliveries accurately.
- Must be ambitious and be able to drive sales through to meet both your personal and store targets.
- Recording and planning employee store rotas.
- Must be able to manage store budgets effectively.
- Liaising with head office and warehouse operations to check on stock issues, delivery schedules.
- Meet all aspects of individual training needs for each member of store team, including health and safety training.
- Being able to help recruit and interview new staff when required.
- Be computer literate with regards to all Microsoft software including excel, word documents and Microsoft outlook.
The ideal Maxisaver candidate should have the following:
- Store management retail experience in a demanding environment.
- Excellent proven track record of delivering store targets and meeting deadlines.
- A background in delivering exceptional customer service standards in a sales or service driven background.
- You should bring with you a good amount of analytical experience.
- Proven experience in stock control.
- Previous experience of delivering brand awareness within a retail customer focus role.
- Must have a positive mental attitude and be able to enhance team morale within the store.
- Excellent visual merchandising knowledge to help deliver your targets.

Pay: £20,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
