A well-established fashion company based on Carnaby Street is seeking an experienced Store Manager to join their team. As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team, ensuring the store's success and delivering a seamless customer experience. The store often hosts exciting events to enhance its appeal and attract customers.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate a team, driving performance and fostering a positive work environment.
• Utilise strong commercial acumen to maximise sales and achieve set targets.
• Oversee day-to-day store operations, adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Enhance customer satisfaction by creating a memorable shopping experience.
• Collaborate with the Retail Director to align store objectives with company goals.
• Organise and plan events to increase footfall and promote the store.
• Monitor inventory levels and implement effective visual merchandising strategies.
• Provide regular performance evaluations and coaching to team members.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably within the retail sector.
• Experience managing a team of 10 or more
• Managing a turnover of 2 million or more
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.
• Commercial awareness and a track record of driving sales growth.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proactive approach to driving operational efficiency.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
