A well-established fashion company based on Carnaby Street is seeking an experienced Store Manager to join their team. As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team, ensuring the store's success and delivering a seamless customer experience. The store often hosts exciting events to enhance its appeal and attract customers.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team, driving performance and fostering a positive work environment.
- Utilise strong commercial acumen to maximise sales and achieve set targets.
- Oversee day-to-day store operations, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Enhance customer satisfaction by creating a memorable shopping experience.
- Collaborate with the Retail Director to align store objectives with company goals.
- Organise and plan events to increase footfall and promote the store.
- Monitor inventory levels and implement effective visual merchandising strategies.
- Provide regular performance evaluations and coaching to team members.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably within the retail sector.
- Experience managing a team of 10 or more
- Managing a turnover of 2 million or more
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.
- Commercial awareness and a track record of driving sales growth.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proactive approach to driving operational efficiency.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
