As a Khaadi brand ambassador, you will combine a professional and positive approach with enthusiasm for the product and the Brand. You will use your product knowledge and experience to provide the ultimate luxury experience within the Khaadi stores and be confident in driving sales. Khaadi is a women's fashion brand bringing a touch of East to the West.
As a Store Manager (SM) you will be responsible for managing a team of sales executives, all administration duties associated with the store, stock management, ensuring and delivering high standards of customer care and ensuring the visual standard of the store is in keeping with brand policy.
To be successful in this role you must have the ability to multitask and focus on solutions whilst complying with company policies and procedures. A flair for fashion and style is required with strong leadership capabilities and the ability for quick thinking.
The successful candidate in this position will have the opportunity to progress if they demonstrate the right capabilities and attitude.
Duties
Key areas of responsibility:
· Manage the efficient and effective day to day operations of the store, maximizing sales and profits.
Sales
· Engender a performance related culture in team.
· Devise and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and KPIs
· Maximize sales within store and monitor and reduce expenditure
· Lead by example
· Report to HO and management where required
Service
· Ensure excellent customer experience at all times
· Develop loyal customers and a detailed customer data base
· Be and ensure team are ambassadors for brand
· Work to the company standards of customer service
Staff
· Recruit and retain excellent staff
· Individual performance management
· Coaching & mentoring
· Training and development
· Feedback and appraisal
· Working within HR policies i.e., leave, sick,
· Maintain excellent communication between HO & team
Standards

· Visual Merchandising of store
· Ensure effective product placement to maximize sales
· Rotation of stock to maximize sales
· Deliver a premium store presentation
· Manage the maintenance of the store
· Requisition of new equipment
Stock
· STRs – receiving stock in line with policy
· Timely turnaround of stock deliveries
· Store to store transfers
· Placement of stock in store
· Stock outs - reporting
· Barcodes and pricing accurate
· Management of damaged pieces
· Feedback of quality of product
· Reduce risk of stock loss/ shrinkage
Skills required:
· Math’s & English qualifications
· English speaking
· Management experience, preferably in retail
