The Vacancy

Assistant Shop Manager, Hemel Hempstead – 24 hours per week

£13,117.80 per annum (£21,863 FTE)

We are looking to recruit a part-time Assistant Manager in our Hemel Hempstead shop to join the team at a top 100 Best Large Company 2022 rated outstanding to work for.

This is an exciting role to assist the Shop Manager in achieving sales and profit targets. You will be required to provide an excellent level of customer service and have the ability to assist in the recruiting, managing and developing a team of volunteers. Good communication skills and great team spirit are essential and a background in retail is desirable.

Successful applicants will be required to undertake a basic disclosure and barring services check (DBS) and must be flexible and available to work Monday to Sunday, on a rota basis.
