Julian Charles are a homeware brand that sells beautifully made soft furnishings, including quality bedding, ready-made curtains, luxury duvets and home accessories. The business is a multi-channel retailer with over 70 stores across the U.K and an online website that is going from strength to strength.
We are looking for an enthusiastic Store Manager to come and join our successful and growing company at our Julian Charles Castleford Store. 40 hour Contract.
Must be flexible due to opening hours, so shift work will be required. Competitive salary.
Purpose of the role:
To train, support and monitor the team to create a well loved working environment using empathy and understanding. To maximise sales, control expenses and offer excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- To create and maintain high morale within your team.
- Driving and maximising sales.
- Measuring KPI’s.
- Be compliant of HR procedures.
- Be compliant with Health and Safety procedures.
- General duties including Housekeeping, administration, call outs and opening and closing the store.
