Role overview
The Birtenshaw Group are looking to recruit a dedicated and enthusiastic administrator, to provide direct administrative and clerical support within the administration team and to support an efficient and professional reception service.
The main duties of this role will include:
- To ensure that the organisation offers a professional reception service
- To ensure that the reception and waiting areas are maintained to the highest professional standards
- Logging and recording incoming post and assisting with outgoing post – computerised log. Distribute incoming post into relevant post boxes.
- To assist in arrangements for meetings:
- Organise rooms/furniture as required
- Provide equipment as required
- Make arrangements for refreshments and serve as required
- To check the email system, multiple email accounts
- All Maintenance and Health and Safety administration including: Maintenance requisition forms:
- To assist in maintaining an accurate and up-to-date inventory of all the organisation’s resources
- To maintain confidentiality at all times
