Job Title: Store Manager – Global Heated Tobacco Brand
Location: FULLY PAID TRAVEL TO READING
Salary: £30k to £35k PA DOE
Contract: Permanent
Type: 39 hours per week
Benefits: Competitive hourly rate, performance related monthly store bonus, pension, 28 days holiday pro rata.

Who Are We?
iD Agency are an experiential marketing agency with over 20 years staffing experience who have partnered with our client, a Global Tobacco Brand to support their journey of creating a smoke free future for the UK with their heated tobacco product. This revolutionary new product that heats tobacco instead of burning it, offering several benefits over traditional tobacco products. You will be employed and managed by iD Agency on behalf of the client.
What the Store Manager will be doing?
- Motivating and inspiring a small team to drive sales and customer experience.
- Educating Adult Smokers on the benefits of heated tobacco.
- Deliver engaging training with a commitment to ongoing training.
- Maintain excellent product knowledge and constantly develop teams skillset
- Identify areas of business growth and drive opportunities accordingly.
- Opening/closing of the store and daily operational duties including, but not limited to, stock management, store reporting, and cash handling.
Delivering a world-class customer experience is paramount to both iD and our client, please do note that this is a sales-based role with full training and induction provided, making this is a very target-orientated position.
