We are looking to recruit an Education Services Administrator for its Student Engagement Team within Student Management, Education Services.
Whilst the successful candidates will be based within the Student Engagement team, staff will be requested to work flexibly across the wider directorate, if needed to support other key activities.
The Role:
We are looking for a candidate to join the Student Engagement Team for a fixed term period of 12 months. The Student Engagement team are responsible for the attendance records, queries and workflow support processes of our 36.5K students. It is a friendly team and the work, supporting colleagues and students alike, is very rewarding.
Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for someone who:
- Will have the confidence to take responsibility for defined areas of work within Student Engagement;
- Has a passion, ability and experience to deliver high quality data work, communication, and customer service;
- Can work flexibly to achieve team objectives by assisting others and working collaboratively to complete tasks and projects; and
- Feels comfortable taking ownership of and resolving queries.

In recognition of staff contributions to the University's achievements during the 2021/2022 academic year, an additional discretionary payment of 2% per annum will be added to your salary until 31/07/23 in order to ensure consistency amongst existing and incoming staff. This additional 2% will be paid pro rata in equal monthly instalments, on top of your salary each month until 31/07/23.
