We are seeking a talented and proactive sales and administration assistant to the to fulfil a wide variety of exciting projects and roles. Working directly alongside the Managing Director, the successful candidate will assist and develop projects, assist directly with the diary management, be the first port of call for customers and develop strong business relationships with new and existing clients.

Position: Sales and Administration assistant
Location: Work from home 4 days per week, Work from Prees, Whitchurch 1 day per week.
Employment type: Full Time, Permanent.
Working times: 8am to 4pm, Monday to Friday (Flexible hours considered)
Salary: £14.00 per hour
Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
- Manage and maintain the executive's schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications, responding or redirecting them as appropriate.
- Organize and maintain files, records, and other documentation in both physical and digital formats.
- Assist in the preparation of meetings and events, including coordinating agendas
Sales Assistance:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information promptly and professionally.
- Maintain and keep active the inhouse CRM (Active Campaign)
- Support the sales team by processing orders, generating quotes, and managing customer accounts.
- Assist in tracking sales leads, updating the CRM database, and analysing sales data.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and sales campaigns.
General Office Duties:
- Coordinate office supplies and ensure office equipment is in good working condition.
- Assist in inventory management, including tracking stock levels and placing orders as needed.
- Handle any other general administrative tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of the office.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
- Familiarity with sales processes and customer service principles.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and comfortable learning new software.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A passion for the equine care industry is a plus.
