Horace is looking for a Store Manager for our first store in London. Reporting to the RETAIL Director, your role will be to manage the human and commercial performance of your team on a daily basis.

Responsibilities

As a true ambassador of the Horace brand, your role will be both coach and mentor!

Your missions will be :

  • Demonstrate expertise in both products and customer interactions.
  • Support the team with encouragement and positive, constructive feedback
  • Lead by example and help advisors when needed
  • Constantly share insights with managers, be their eyes/ears in the store, and know how to escalate problems quickly when necessary
  • Manage performance by monitoring team and boutique activity (KPIs: sales, sales index, average basket, conversion rate)
  • Manage boutique operations (inventory management, opening and closing the boutique, etc.)
  • Maintain the look, feel and rhythm of the boutique throughout the day (control traffic, dispatch team, control music volume, delegate tasks, etc.).
  • Participate in employee training and induction according to the program provided by the Retail team.


Profile

  • You already have experience as a Manager and you know how to manage a boutique independently.
  • You have excellent interpersonal skills and know how to motivate and manage a team.
  • You're able to manage your team's performance by producing the required KPIs (sales, IDV, PM, TT).
  • You can take a step back and always find solutions, especially when it comes to the customer experience.
  • You love to create an unforgettable customer experience and know how important details are.
  • You roll up your sleeves and get down to business when necessary
  • You're flexible with your hours, evenings and weekends
  • You know our brand, understanding and speaking French is a plus
