We are now recruiting for a full time manager in Londonderry/Derry area.
Requirements of Store Manager
- Minimum of 2 years management experience
- Hospitality/Barista experience
Responsibilities of a Store Manager
- Running the store on a daily basis.
- Ensuring yourself and the team are following brand standards.
- Meet K.P.I.'s (COS, Wages and Sales).
- Managing your team - appraisals, staff issues, training, delegate on shift.
- Rota planning - completing rotas to reflect forecasted sales and staying within your allocated wage budget.
- Stock control - daily orders, stocktake, managing wastage.
- Recruitment and training.
- Following Health & Safety, HACCP & COSHH policies.
Key activities
People management/planning/customer service/self-motivated/multi-tasking/resolving conflict/verbal communication/stock & waste management.
£27,300 per annum plus bonus potential of £4,800.
