Job description
The position of shop manager at our Kenilworth store has become available.
Creating an attractive dynamic shop display, maintaining the high levels of cleanliness through procedures and working towards a weekly wastage target which if achieved a bonus is paid.
The job role will include -:
Ø Managing the shop
Ø Stock control
Ø Cashing up
Ø Ordering of stock
Ø Managing Staff
Ø Staff Rota
Ø Holiday Management
Ø Controlling Waste
Ideally the candidate would have experience in a retail environment, however full training will be given.
The role of Shop Manager is to make the shop run smoothly and ensure that all tasks are completed.
