This store isn't your ordinary retail space—it's a hub of sustainable fashion and a place for dog lovers in your community.

With a growing network of 33 Charity Stores, we are fuelled by a burning passion for animal welfare and positive change, allowing us to raise funds that make a colossal difference in the lives of countless dogs and their devoted owners across the UK and even beyond borders. And guess what? We're on the lookout for an exceptional individual to step into the role of Store Manager, joining us in this thrilling adventure as we continue to transform lives and make a lasting impact. Dogs Trust is the UK’s largest dog welfare charity and normally cares for around 12,000 dogs across its network of 21 rehoming centres in the UK and one in Dublin. Dogs Trust has a non-destruction policy and will never put a healthy dog to sleep.

In this varied and exciting role, you will build and inspire a team of staff and volunteers, take personal ownership for the performance of the store, maximise profits and deliver excellent customer service. Using your creativity, artistic flair and imagination you will also take ownership of merchandising giving the store a boutique feel that our customers love.

With you as our ambassador, we hope our store will become a much-loved part of the community. Working closely with other stores and our rehoming Centres you will also collaborate with our marketing and brand teams to bring ours and your vision to life.

This is a great opportunity to channel your passion for local community, fashion, and sustainability and to ultimately make your own mark on a busy environment that changes every day making a real difference.

With retail experience and passion for presentation, merchandising and visual excitement, you will have strong people, management, and good organisational skills. If you enjoy leading from the front, driving sales through commercial awareness, inspirational customer service whilst making a difference to the dogs in our care, please apply.
