As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team and lead our retail store.
Position Overview: As the Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our retail store. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the store's operations, managing a team of sales associates, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. Your expertise in home renovations and your strong leadership skills will be essential in achieving sales targets, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, and promoting our brand.
Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and guidance to a team of sales associates, fostering a positive and high-performing work environment.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, providing expert advice to customers and assisting with product selection.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure the store is well-stocked, coordinating with suppliers and tracking product deliveries.
- Oversee visual merchandising, ensuring the store is aesthetically appealing and products are displayed effectively.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing appropriate actions.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Train and develop sales associates on product knowledge, sales techniques, and exceptional customer service.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and implement training programs as needed.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional activities and events.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a retail management role, preferably in the home renovations or construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of home renovation products, materials, and industry trends.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse workforce.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and resolve conflicts.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in inventory management and point-of-sale systems.
- Results-oriented mindset with a customer-centric approach.
- Flexibility to work weekends and extended hours as required.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $60,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
