We are looking for a Store Manager who is a real self-starter that loves interacting with customers, to join our growing team.
Cinch Self Storage is coming to South West London! Our acquisition of this prime Location represents a really exciting challenge for the company and we are looking for someone who shares our vision to take on this role.
Self-Storage is so much more than what you may think it is. We are consistently solving customers' storage needs on a daily basis, whether that is people moving home or downsizing, a growing business needing more space for their stock or tools, or a student on a summer break, each customer has a different story which makes every day a fresh challenge.
When a customer visits a store, their experience starts with you. It is crucial that they are met by someone with an enthusiastic attitude who welcomes them and looks after them from the moment they enter the store. We really take an interest in our customer’s stories and look to make a real impact in the communities we work in.
What we are looking for
Someone with a get up and go attitude. You will need the drive not only to grow the store and build local relationships but also motivate and manage the team around you. Some of the key areas for the role are:
· Developing local relationships that will enhance the performance of the store.
· Ensure you and your team provide the highest level of customer service.
· Maximise the store profitability. Taking full accountability for store performance and team well-being.
· Provide regular coaching and support to your team.
· Promote a positive and flexible approach to daily management of your store/team.
· Ensure you and your team maintain the cleanliness and maintenance of the store.

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
