Chelsea Food Fayre is looking for a Store Manager to join our team!
Store Manager
Chelsea Food Fare is a retail and wholesale business involves the purchase and sale of goods to individual customers and other businesses respectively. The job description for this industry may include managing inventory, negotiating with suppliers, maintaining customer relationships, and overseeing the sales team. Other responsibilities include analyzing sales data, developing marketing strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
The job requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a comprehensive understanding of the industry, market trends and consumer behavior.
Job Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with customers and vendors.
- Provide a high level of customer service.
- Manage staff by ensuring they have all the supplies and equipment needed to provide outstanding customer service.
- Ensure compliance with all regulations relating to the business.
- Manage inventory by ensuring that all merchandise is stocked and labeled properly.
- Oversee daily operations of the store including staffing, product knowledge, sales performance, merchandising and cleanliness.
Qualifications:
- Work Experience
- Customer service oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £27,000.00-£33,000.00 per year
