We are looking for an experienced Bubble Tea Store Manager who is passionate about Bubble Tea and providing a great experience for our customers. We are an expanding business with 2 stores in East London and looking for someone who will enhance our brand and be part of our journey to grow further.
We are looking for someone who has experience in managing a small team, dealing with day-to-day operations and driving excellence through coaching and supervision. You will be responsible in driving sales targets, enhancing our customer experience and developing efficient operational functions.

Responsibilities of the Store Manager:
- Experience in delivering excellent customer service
- Managing weekly rotas and staff cover to ensure we are always ready for business
- Ensure Food Safety and hygiene procedures are maintained by all team members
- Ensure Health & Safety standards are maintained
- Provide side-by-side coaching to ensure each staff member is delivering an excellent service
- Performance management and recruitment, training and development
- Manage stock checks and ordering
- Maximising sales and good customer feedback
- Support the promotion of the brand via social media
- Serving customers
Requirements and Experiences:
- Have in depth-knowledge of all products and preparation methods
- Strong leadership and management ability
- Ability to inspire and motivate staff
- Strong communication and influencing skills
- Problem solving and decision making. Require minimal supervision
- Excellent time-keeping
- A high standard of cleanliness, hygiene and implementation of a food management system
- At least 1 year experience in management
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £26,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
