Working Schedule: Monday – Friday
Salary: £27000-£32000

The Role
Responsible for the day-to-day control of all aspects of Bodyguard Superstore, seeking to maximise sales at all times and provide the very highest level of product knowledge and customer service. Good communication skills are essential to engage and convert customers, as is the ability to motivate and lead a team to deliver the highest standards, consistently.
Key Responsibilities
- Grow Superstore sales to in excess of £1m.
- Drive growth in value of existing customers through outstanding customer service.
- Introduce and maximise linked sales opportunities to increase items per transaction.
- Seek out bulk sales transactions.
- Identify and deliver opportunities for Corporate Accounts when they arise.
- Understand the Bodyguard USP and use it to optimise sales and conversion.
- Collaborate with purchasing to develop joint approaches to store customers.
- Ensure weekly and monthly promotions are delivered effectively.
- Keep up to date with market and industry trends, competitors, and leading customer strategies.
- Utilise Social Media to drive footfall and growth.
Your skills
- Experienced and proven Store Management and background within a customer focused environment, ideally within PPE, DIY or similar.
- Sales and Customer Service driven.
- Commercially minded, you'll enjoy making decisions as well as getting stuck in at ground level to make things happen
- You will have extensive experience working to and exceeding targets, as well as a consistent track record in developing high performing and engaged teams.
