What Does Being a BIMS Restaurant Manager Mean?
As a BIMS Restaurant Manager you have a really important role! Ultimately, your job is to make sure that BIMS guests have an incredible experience every single time. Behind the scenes you lead and motivate your team to run a restaurant that is clean, safe, efficient, profitable and a great place for everyone to enjoy. - Running a sparklingly clean restaurant that complies with all food safety and Health and Safety legislation
- Enabling brilliant guest experiences
- Ensuring the food is always of the highest quality
- Getting hands-on in the restaurant
- Hiring, training and leading a brilliant team
- Connecting meaningfully with your community
What Do You Need From Me?
- A natural ability to communicate well with lots of different people
- Management experience in an Assistant, Deputy or General Manager role
- A sound understanding of financial and other data
- A passion for improving results
- Kitchen experience is really useful
- A real can-do attitude
