Job description
We are hiring Shop Manager for our café! This position is suited for the applicant with a love of making coffee and having great customer service skills & can work under pressure. The ideal candidate will have experience in making coffee, be able to master our customised coffee menu and work well with others. This role will also perform general café duties including cleaning tables, running dishes and helping with deliveries.
Responsibilities of Shop Manager: [Food Safety Level 2/3 MUST required]
- Monitor the team to complete all task
- Execute and delivery company's instructions
- Accurately prepare coffee drinks.
- Read and understand a coffee menu.
- Maintain sanitary conditions at the barista station.
- Take and complete customer orders.
- Ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean work station at all times.
- Stock check and material ordering
- Open / Close Till
- Cashing up
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £11.50-£12.80 per hour
