Plain Clothed Store Detective (SIA License Exempt)

Birmingham Covert Targeting Team – Working for the Loss Prevention department as a member of the Covert Targeting Team you will be an integral part of our Loss Prevention strategy. Working alongside your Team Leader you will be –
· Deployed as a team to high-risk stores to identify and apprehend theft offenders
· Collating evidence to support criminal prosecutions
· Completing surveillance operations across the retail / distribution network
· Building relationships with external stakeholders
You will also support department objectives by sharing best practices and developing retail colleagues in loss prevention activity.
After your initial training, your line manager will continue to work with you to support your career development (we aim to promote from within).
Salary, Hours and Requirements
· Salary = £26,426
· Full time permanent contract, 44 hours per week
· Full driving licence with own reliable transport required
· Must be fully flexible working 5 days out of 7 (early/late/weekend essential to the role)
