Your role and responsibilities

In our support functions, the Client Care role is key to provide a proactive and professional support to the business and the service and care we give our patients and our customers.

You will be a self-starter, ready to multi-task, initiate and expedite information and support within the role. You will be comfortable with diary management, prioritising, invoicing, relationship management and communication both face to face and over the phone within a small hands on team within a fast paced admin-based environment.

This role is intended to embrace a team-working approach to fulfil the needs of the business. It is expected that you have been in an admin or customer care style role, passionate about service requirements and the overall needs are met with exchange of information.

Hours

Full-time - 42 hours - (8am - 5pm / 9am - 6pm)

Part-time - 21 hours - Part time hours to be agreed within 11am -3pm style of working to cover where required.

This role is within a very small team, reporting directly in to and supporting the local Vet practice therefore the role will be multi-faceted and it is important that all tasks get prioritized and worked through in conjunction with delivery and sometimes conflicting business needs.

The practice is a centrally located in London in a lovely suburban area. Our ethos is centred around expertise, and delivery quality patient care in our practices, with our Veterinary Health professionals. Our mission is to create a better place for Pets and a better world for People too.
