Job description
We are looking for a Store Assistant to join our team in Belfast. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting customers, providing product information, answering questions, and assisting with purchases. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, an outgoing personality, and the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for someone who is passionate about helping customers find the perfect product and is committed to providing an exceptional shopping experience.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Assist customers in finding the products they need.
- Provide customers with product information and advice.
- Process payments and handle returns.
- Providing friendly, helpful levels of customer service to ensure every customer has a positive shopping experience.
- Serving customers at the till, processing sales transactions, recommending and promoting complimentary products.
