Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and serve customers, ensuring they have an excellent in-store experience.
Develop strong relationships with customers through personalised interactions.
Proactively cross-sell with all departments to achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.
Stay up-to-date with fashion trends and competitors.
Effectively handle customer complaints by communicating with the line manager when necessary.
Maintain high standards for the shop floor and visual displays.
Ensure compliance with company operational guidelines and stock procedures.
Contribute to maintaining a high level of security and prevent product theft.
