Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and serve customers, ensuring they have an excellent in-store experience.
- Develop strong relationships with customers through personalised interactions.
- Proactively cross-sell with all departments to achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.
- Stay up-to-date with fashion trends and competitors.
- Effectively handle customer complaints by communicating with the line manager when necessary.
- Maintain high standards for the shop floor and visual displays.
- Ensure compliance with company operational guidelines and stock procedures.
- Contribute to maintaining a high level of security and prevent product theft.
