The Opportunity
Reporting to the Head of UK Operations, you are responsible for the execution of day to day UK business operations and office management.
The first point of contact for customer support, providing exceptional end-to-end customer service across all support channels, and acting as the voice of customer support within Hero Labs.- Take charge of general office management, such as IT equipment, dealing with building facilities, managing deliveries, office planning, bookings for travel / meeting / events, and other UK office administrative tasks.
- Provide comprehensive support to the Senior Leadership team, including handling ad-hoc tasks, conducting research, coordinating meetings, preparing reporting/materials, and offering general administrative assistance.
- Assist in optimising operational workflows, identifying opportunities for process improvements, and implementing solutions to enhance overall efficiency, including the development of improved Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Act as the coordinator for inventory management including shipping of samples to clients, reporting on inventory levels etc.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operation across business functions.
- Act as the central coordinator of shared document and team spaces including Google Drive, Notion and other software platforms.
- Assist in the onboarding and training of new team members, as well as supporting the exit of staff leaving the company.
- Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned, leveraging operational expertise to drive successful outcomes.
