Our client is looking for people with strong admin experience and previously handled and inputted data to work within the quality department of a global Diamond company. If you have strong attention to detail and are looking for a new exciting challenge, love jewels and diamonds, then we want to hear from you!
We have an amazing opportunity available for someone with an extensive administrative background and knowledge in inputting and handling data. This opportunity is to work full-time in the UK head office of a global firm, with full training provided. We are looking for someone who is a quick learner, able to think on their feet and be able to navigate and pick up processes quickly.
This role requires you to work full time onsite in central London
Duties and Responsibilities
- Logging and testing diamond and jewel quality
- You will be handling a variety of data, inputting this and solving cases daily
- Logging information, creating and completing paperwork shared with various departments
- Working through a high volume of outstanding cases and and being able to concentrate for long periods of time,
Experience & Skills Required
- Excellent attention to detail
- Fast learner who can pick up processes quickly
- Efficient in using technology and IT equipment, able to use Microsoft Office packages such as Word and Excel
- Ability to work under own initiative and working under pressure
