What you'll be doing:
Working on reducing the annual GNFR spend of the Supply Chain
Driving decision making based on identification of opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs in both brands
Translating financial forecasts into unit forecasts to create operational budgets across the Supply Chain network down to site level
Generating, communicating and continually improve quality reporting data to support and enable data led decision making
Collaborating effectively with the Finance profession, establishing and maintaining efficient flow of information and data to support financial planning at both an organisational and local level
Engaging Senior Supply Chain leaders and teams to understand their performance reporting needs - acting as a commercial reporting ‘business partner’ to Supply Chain operational teams
Managing and prioritising the work of the analyst team to meet demands of business and strategically aligned work plan
In this role you will share collective responsibility with other Partners in the same role for:
Managing (People Management and Task Management) a team of Supply Chain analysts
Providing support for Partners to enable them to deliver their role outcomes
Prioritising their activity and ensuring outcomes are delivered to agreed standards and timelines
What you'll have:
CIMA Qualification or relevant work experience to the same level
Proven work experience in a Supply Chain or other complex environment
Exceptional problem solving and numerical skills
Commercial acumen to deliver quality insight and analysis
Experience of working with a range of stakeholders across a variety of functions and levels
