Job description
An enhanced Back of House role supporting all movement of goods into, around and out of the boutique, as well as aiding with supporting services the New Bond Street boutique provides. Under the umbrella of Boutique Operation/Stock and could range from stock/stock admin, packaging, and wrapping to streamlining processes and relieve the pressure in areas of high demand. This role offers room for development and scope to build in this role, as the business moves forward in the coming years.
WHAT IMPACT YOU CAN CREATE AT CHANEL
- Acting as the bridge between front and back of house to reduce wait or delivery times in the client experience by supporting across the full operational activities of the boutique
- Assist the FAs by preparing stock for appointments, being on hand to liaise with all departments to minimise the client waiting time and be the go-between allowing the FA to concentrate on the client journey and experience.
- Assist with the pack and wrap following appointments.
- Return items to correct stock location in an efficient time frame to utilise future sales.
- Stock team support: deliveries, stock replenishment, ticket management.
- As an ambassador of CHANEL, be able to share your knowledge and passion for the product and the brand
- By building a broad knowledge of the operational needs of the business, be able to work proactively in assisting or stepping into areas that need support
- Flexibly and with enterprise, work with teams at all levels and departments
- Maximise sales by replenishing areas with sell down
- By cultivating a full knowledge of Health & Safety best practices, compliance, GDPR, and other procedures make a key contribution in delivering an outstanding experience to the client
- Facilitate the success of the boutique by ensuring the optimal levels of supplies are always on hand
- Communicating accurately and transparently to make sure all stakeholders are aligned
